Crawl Cay is one of the renowned snorkeling spots in all of Bocas del Toro Panama. Many of the local boat captains bring their clients to Crawl Cay. They place orders for a meal and then go snorkeling in the crystal clear waters. The fish are fed on a daily basis by the restaurant patrons. You can see some great sights underwater and taste some delicious local cuisine all in one location.

There are several places either at or near Crawl Cay where you can sea kayak. Guests at several of the nearby lodges chose to kayak over to Crawl Cay and check out the action on occasion. Crawl Cay is one of the few spots where you might run into more than a handful of people. The outer islands of the archipelago have fewer people visiting them than does Isla Colon. Many of the people staying on Isla Colon take day tours which stop at Crawl Cay.
